Condolences - Susan Shipp Keith
Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to the family. I just know she had a beautiful transition to heaven. She was truly a beautiful lady.
Roy, Lon, and Family, My deepest sympathy is extended to each of you in the passing of Susan. She was an inspiration and example to all of us who were blessed to know her. May God's comforting arms be wrapped around each of you.
OUR LOVE AND PRAYERS ARE WITH THE KEITH FAMILY. MRS. KEITH WAS A WONDERFUL LADY.
Susan was the kindest, most caring woman I ever met. She loved giving to others and believed deeply in Baptist mission work around the world, local and nationally and backed it up with action. She leaves a fabulous legacy. I loved her dearly.
Sorry for your loss. I have missed seeing Susan and Roy walking at the mall here in Elizabethtown since they moved to Lexington. She was always friendly and said "hello" to me.
My sincere condolences to the entire Keith Family. I was fortunate enough to receive in 1982 - 1986 a $500 scholarship per year that she was offering to students wanting to attend Georgetown College. Her generosity is part of what made my decision to attend and possible to attend that school. I forever am grateful to her.
Gwen and I were so saddened to learn of Susan’s passing. She was such a caring, classy lady committed to family, faith and community. What a legacy she has left! God Bless you and the entire Keith family as you grieve the loss of Susan.
Dear friends, you will be in my prayers. We have many good memories of your families & Sue. May God grant peace and comfort. (My parents were Henry & Irene Lewis)
Susan was my Sunday School teacher when Jim and I first married. He was Catholic and at that time I was not. I attended Severns Valley because of high school friends. As a married woman, I was assigned to a class for couples. Susan was so welcoming and kind to me. I did not know at that time, but she was much like her mom had been to me when we moved to E'town when I was in 5th grade. Mrs Shipp was so kind and helped me through a very difficult change. Susan opened her home to me and gave me my first baby shower before Todd was born in 1968. Throughout the years, we enjoyed getting to visit with Roy and Susan when we would see them shopping or in restaurants. What a lovely and graceful Southern lady she was. I will always remember her as one of the sweetest and kind women I have known in my 76 years. Finally, to Dr. Lon, I want to thank you for your kindness when my brother, Buddy Stewart, was dying. I've thought about that very difficult time for my mom and I appreciated your respect and your tenderness with her. You are a special family and I give God thanks for all of you. May you be comforted in your loss.
My condolences to the Keith Family. A very special lady who positively impacted many, I have always had a great appreciation and respect for her.
We send our deepest sympathy to Mr. Keith and family. Mrs. Keith was an amazing lady with a so much talent and a heart of gold. Your in our thoughts and prayers .
