Dear Bob and Family, This is one of the hardest condolences we’ve ever had to leave. Her sudden death was a shock that brought immediate tears. Cathy was an integral part of Saint Vincent DePaul; an original co-founder nearly 35 years ago. She grew it to what it is today. A herculean achievement of lasting importance. We will miss her greatly at the office/pantry. We absolutely know she is with our Savior in his lovely embrace. May God’s peace be with y’all now and forever. Love, Bob & Nelia
My husband and I are so sad to hear of Cathy's passing. I will miss her at CWOSJ and morning Mass. She was a beautiful example of humility and deep faith. Prayers for all.
One of my best friends who always had my back. It will take 3 people to replace the work she did here on earth. I will always have good memories of the hours we spent together at SVDP store. She was a main stay in getting the store opened. We all will miss her but am sure she received a warm welcome in Heaven by God and her brothers and parents. When I was business manager at St. James in Etown I remember meeting Mrs. Brown. I can truly say that I have never met anyone as kind, as sweet, and charitable as she was. This town will greatly miss such a fine lady. To Bob and family, I cannot express my utter sorrow for your loss. The good news: You will all see her again one day. Oh what a reunion that will be. Even though we did not attend the service today, Aunt Mary Catherine was in our hearts and prayers. I only got to see her in times of great sadness, but she was truly the light of comfort. Our heartfelt sympathy to the family. May God bring you the strength that you need during the times ahead.
