McKinley "Mack" Pleasant, Jr., age 79 of Eastview, passed away on March 30, 2024, at the Trust Bridge Healthcare Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, after a brief illness. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, enjoyed studying astrology, and was an avid follower of politics. He was preceded in death by his parents, McKinley Pleasant, Sr. and Vivian Aubrey. Survivors include his daughter, Vivian Pleasant of Lexington; his cousin Gregg Aubrey of Elizabethtown; and special friends, Belinda Melton, Erving and Violet Stith, and Karen Stith. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 11, at 1:00 p.m. at Eastview Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Ernie Bagley officiating. Condolences may be expressed online at brownfuneral.com.
