Derek Gene Nall, 43 of Cecilia, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Spray; one sister, Ellisha (Eric) Booker of Eastview; a nephew, Caleb Whalin and a niece, Kelsey Booker; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
