Travis Paul-Albert Mitchell, 41, of Cecilia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville after complications from ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease). He was previously an artist, musician and sound engineer and attended Central Hardin High School. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Albert and Camille Rosati; and paternal grandparents, Samuel Paul and Audrey Mitchell. Survivors include his beloved parents, John and Michele Mitchell of Cecilia; an aunt and uncle, Kirby and Pamela Bentley of Cecilia; cousins; Katie Nall (Donald), Dominic Nall and Anthony Nall of Cecilia; his dearest "brothers," Kenneth Lawson, Jeff Lawson, Kyle Schaffrick, Andy Warren, and Stewart Lawson (Heather); as well as numerous other friends and family. Cremation was chosen with a memorial service to be held at a later date. Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
