Ronald W. Liston, 82 of Bardstown, died Sunday, April 16, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a member of Rough Creek Baptist Church, loved his church family. Ron's most enjoyable part of life was the children in the family. He was very personable to say the least, and always had his bits of wisdom for the grown kids. He never talked much but at times, he talked too much. Everyone who knew him was a friend. He loved the family he married into as his own, special to his mommy-in-law, Peggy Martin, Sandy Martin and Darrell and Becky Martin and will always be in our thoughts and prayers. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Martin Liston; two daughters, Angela Liston and Diane Liston Osborne two sons, Jamie Miller (Sara) and Robert Liston; grandchildren, Hope Tate (Zach), Jason Hartman, Courtney Miller Lewis (Jacob), Charissa Constant (Brandon) and Brookie Martin (Deshun) and16 great-grandchildren and two non-blood brothers, Mark and Steve Norfleet. A Gathering in remembrance of Ronnie Boy Liston will be Saturday April 29th from 2-5 p.m. at Bardstown Community Park with Bro. Kasper Underwood officiating.
