Stephen Wayne Hornback, 49 of Radcliff, died Monday, April 3, 2023 at Baptist Health Hardin. He was a native of Hardin County and a graduate of Central Hardin High School. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Wayne Hornback and Martha Jean Horn Hornback. Survivors include his sister, Crystal Gail Hornback of Radcliff; aunts and uncles, Leon Hornback and Kathy Gabbard of Elizabethtown and Connie and Paul Curtsinger of Glendale and lots of cousins. A graveside service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens with Pastor David Stephens officiating. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.
