Ruby Pauline Kerr, 91 of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at Norton Healthcare in Louisville. She worked in the Civil Service at Ft. Knox, was a Kentucky Colonel, and was a master gardener. Pauline was a member of Elizabethtown Gardener Club, loved bowling, and was an avid crocheter and knitter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Amanda Decker South; her son-in-law, Jack Alicna; and siblings, Walter South, Frank South, John South, Raymond South, Charles South, Eugene South, Holmes South, and Curtis South. Survivors include her children, James Michael (Sheila) Kerr of Cecilia and Pam Alicna of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren, Scott (Jessica) Alicna, Darrell (Shelby) Alicna, and Melody Vied; and five great-grandchildren, Turner, Lydia, Bridget, Audrey, and Ainsley.
