Philip Dee Huddleston, 66 of Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his home. He retired as an Inspector for the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and was a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He loved all sports, but was especially an avid UK and Yankees fan. He also loved traveling, listening to great music, hanging out with friends, and enjoyed his cocktails. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter D. Huddleston and Martha Jean Pearce Huddleston. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Peters Huddleston; a daughter, Tammy Milton; a brother, Stephen Huddleston; a grand dog, Moe; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 16th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Brown Pusey House in Elizabethtown. In lieu of flowers or tributes, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Hardin County Animal Shelter in honor of Phil. Condolences may be expressed online at brownfuneral.com.
