James Ray Lark, 63 of Rineyville, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Baptist Health Hardin. He retired in 2015 as a Certified Respiratory Therapist at Hardin Memorial Hospital and was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Corvette Club and received a Black Belt in Tai Kwon Do and Jujitsu. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norva Ellen Cox Lark; and his parents, Ronald Lark and Betty Lorene Spangler. He is survived by two sons, Christopher Sean (Rebecca) FitzPatrick of Rineyville and Andrew David (Angel) FitzPatrick of Maitland, FL; five sisters, Patti (Tony) Horton, Paula (Kenny) Davidson, Donna (Jerry) Nealy, Ellen (Ben) Hubbard, and Cheryl Thomas; one brother, Gary Shaw; four grandchildren, Ian FitzPatrick, Thomas FitzPatrick, Jonathon FitzPatrick, and Isaiah Howell; his cousin and best friend, Robert Lark; and several special nieces and nephews. The funeral is Saturday, February 5th at 11 a.m. at St. Brigid Catholic Church. A private burial will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown and continue after 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Brigid Catholic Church.
