Katarina Elizabeth Peeters, 17, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was born August 11, 2001 in Hardin County, and was a senior at John Hardin High School where she was a member of the archery team. She is survived by her father, Joseph Peeters of Elizabethtown; mother, Karoline (Jason) Meadows of Elizabethtown; grandparents, Bruce and Karola McKain, and Darlene Peeters all of Elizabethtown, and Conrad and Melanie Peeters of Hodgenville; three brothers, Sebastian Meadows and John Meadows of Elizabethtown, and Tristan Meadows of Pensacola, Florida; two sisters, Alesha Meadows of Elizabethtown and Victoria (Tony) Maberry of Fort Campbell; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a nephew. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Underhill officiating. Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park.
