Georgia Faye "Ethel" Blair, 71, of Cecilia entered in to her eternal home with her Lord Jesus Christ while surrounded by her family at the home site of where she grew up on October 3, 2018. Georgia Faye was born on April 22, 1947 in Hardin County. Georgia Faye was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a support system for friends and family in the community with activities and events. Georgia Faye was preceded in death by her mother and father, Nettie Conder Coogle and Charlie Coogle. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Eugene Blair of Cecilia; two sons, Donnie Blair (Karrie) of Rineyville and Ronnie Blair (Sondra) (former wife, Paula Milliner) of Cecilia; three grandchildren, Chase Blair (Rachel) of Cincinnati, OH, Ryan Blair (Arcadia) of Hudson, KY, and Conner Daugherty of Rineyville; and one great grandchild that was her baby button, Jaemeson Blair of Hudson, KY. The funeral is at 12 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Brown Funeral Home with Winfred Lucas officiating. Burial will be in the Howevalley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Friday and continue at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. There will be a celebration of life meal at Gospel Way Church in Cecilia following the graveside service.
