Winifred Pauline "Polly" Lawler Hilton, 87, of Elizabethtown, died Monday, September 3, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Millerstown, KY, a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church, and retired from Hardin Memorial Hospital after 46 years as a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hicks Hilton; son, Doug Hilton; three sisters, Hazel Greenwell, Ruth Vance, and Opal Lewis; half sister, Clova King; and parents, Homer and Annie Oldham Lawler. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Hilton and Craig Hilton both of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Carolyn Aubrey of Burns, TN; daughter-in-law, Vickie Hilton of Elizabethtown; sister, Betty Burden of Elizabethtown; two grandchildren, Lisa (Bryan) Kimbro and Shauna (Matt) Johnson; and five great grandchildren, Aubrey and Ashton Kimbro, and McKenna, Macy, and Megan Johnson. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Shaun Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continue after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
