Lucius Cornelius Antone

Lucius Cornelius Antone, 65, of Radcliff, died Monday, August 27, 2018 at Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was a native of Sacaton, Arizona, worked for DANA, and retired from the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He was a very devoted Catholic, an avid whittler, and a very good stepfather and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry J. and Mary P. Johnson Antone; and brother, Anthony Antone. He is survived by his wife, Venita Portman; step son, Dominic (Tiffany) Portman of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Alvin Antone and Nathan Antone; three sisters, Lucille Morago, Deborah Robinson, and Pamela Antone; two grandchildren, Jude and Keira; special pet, Maggie Mae; and several special family members and friends. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Casey Sanders officiating. Burial follows in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and continues at 9 a.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.
