Opal Page Brady, 92, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, April 27, 2018 at her daughter's home. She was a native of Horse Cave, a lifetime member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and a nursing assistant in the Civil Service for 32 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve C. Brady, Jr.; parents, Raymond and Pauline Page Harper; and two brothers, Cecil Harper and David Harper. She is survived by two children, Steve T. (Debbie) Brady and Virginia (Mark) Paulsen all of Elizabethtown; one brother, William (Osie) Harper of Elizabethown; five grandchildren, Lari Caso, Chuck Sharp, Josh Paulsen, Steven Brady, and Katie Dodd; and six great grandchildren. The funeral is Monday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Brother Leon Chambers officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Sunday and continues after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hosparus.
