Eunice Elaine Durand, 87, of Sonora, died Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Bluegrass Assisted Living. She was a native of Marquette, MI and retired from JC Penney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Durand; her parents, Elmer and Ida Mahaffey and 8 brothers and sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Sheri (Dale) Adams of Glendale; 3 grandchildren, Michelle (Terry) Piercy, Mandy Sallee and Melanie (Jimmy) Goodman; 5 great grandchildren, Justin Hensley, Caleb Ahl, Nicholas Piercy, Matt Sallee and Natalie Ahl; and a sister -in- law, Phyllis Trondson of Cape Coral, FL.
