Mabel Ellen Hines, 85, of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville. She was a native of Breckinridge County and was a member of Youngers Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Lee Hines; daughter, Debbie Hines; three sons, Ernie, Gordon, and Joey Hines; and parents, Luther Barry and Eula Mae Smallwood Myers. She is survived by four daughters, Eloise Chambers (Nicholas), Anna Dailey (Reedie), and Libby Ann Doyle (Billy) all of Elizabethtown, and Linda Hornback (Dale) of Hodgenville; one son, Arvil Lee Hines (Karen) of Elizabethtown; twelve grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Gillenwater officiating. Burial will follow in Youngers Creek Cemetery.
