Linda Louise Parks

Linda Louise Ferguson Parks, 79 of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at her home. She was a native of Anneta, KY and a member of St. James Catholic Church. She formerly worked at Ben Snyders's for 25 years, Proffitt's and Hess Department Stores. She loved her family and Church dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer C. and Mae Higdon Ferguson; four brothers, four sisters and a grandson, Landyn Maurice Pollock. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Larry Parks; two sons, Eddie (Marilyn) Hart of Brandenburg and Gill Bryan (Tonya) Hart of Shepherdsville; three daughters, Carla (Quentin) Riker and Tami (Gary) Boston all of Louisville and Lana (Scott) Davis of Flaherty; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Casey Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. and continue after 9 a.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home.
