Olivia W. Clopton, 95 of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville. She was a native of Green County, a Kentucky Colonel and was a Supervisor at Fort Knox Federal Credit Union. Olivia loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Clopton; her parents, Earnest and Maude Elmore Warren and a daughter, Zottie Price. She is survived by two children, Carolyn Horn (Clifford, Sr.) of Elizabethtown and George Rayburn Clopton of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Traci Beckwith, Stacy Horn, Timmy Price, Cliff Horn, Jr.,Renee and Dawn; five great grandchildren, Alexis Eckart, Austin Beckwith, Jessica Green, Jeremy Price, Josh Price and Michelle Hauck; several great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Gordon McDowell officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continue after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.
