Carol Anna Williams Fowler, 66, of Elizabethtown, died January 18, 2017, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Hardin County, a former member of St. Clare Catholic Church, a 1968 graduate of East Hardin, and worked at Bussmans. She was preceded in death by her father, William Otto Williams and two brothers, Stevie Williams and William Otto Williams Jr. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Frank Fowler; her mother, Patricia Williams; one brother, Ronnie (Julie) Williams, a sister, Patty Durbin, both of Elizabethtown; a sister in law, Debbie Williams of Hodgenville; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Clare Catholic Church with Fr. Ben Brown. Burial follows at St. James Cemetery.
