Donna Lynn Maddox, 58, passed away at her residence on Saturday, May 21, 2016. She was a native of Anniston, AL and member of Beth Haven Baptist Church. She graduated from Mill Creek Trainable School in Louisville and won gold medals in the broad jump and softball throw at the Special Olympics. She is preceded in death by her father, James Glenn Maddox, Sr. She is survived by her mother; Thelma Louis Maddox of Radcliff, 1 brother; James Glenn (Nancy) Maddox Jr. of Radcliff; 2 nieces, Tracy Crawford and Rebecca (Phil) Newton; nephew Joseph (Natasha) Maddox II; 6 great nieces and nephews, Jacen, Justin, and Jarrod Crawford, Robert and Logan Maddox, and Dustin Chamberlain.
