Elsie Hays Sandfer, 77, of Etown, passed away at his residence Sunday, February 7. He was a native of Etown and retired from GE. He is preceded in death by his parents; Harley and Oma Sandfer, two brothers; Wavy and Howard Sandfer, and two grandchildren; Chris and Jeremy Cox. He is survived by two sons; William Hays (Mary) Sanfer of Pittsburgh, Kansas and Gary (Lucy) Sandfer of Etown, two daughters; Betty (Rick) Cox of Charleston, SC and Patricia Peters of Etown, two brothers; Charles Sandfer of Eastview and Richard Sandfer of Sonora, eight grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
