Layman J. "Larry" Simpson, 83, of Elizabethtown passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015. He was the owner of Simpson's Distributorship for Dean's Milk, a member of the Teamsters Union, worked in milk distribution for over 50 years with Meadow Gold, Flav O Rich and Dean Milk, and a member of the national guard. He is preceded in death by his parents; William and Mary Simpson and one brother; Tony Simpson. He is survived by four sons; Joe Simpson of Smyrna, TN, Daniel Simpson of Pikesville, MD, Paul and David Simpson both of Etown, five brothers; Vincent Simpson of Tyler, TX, Bill and Tommy Simpson both of Louisville, Johnny and Francis Simpson both of Etown, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. The funeral will be Saturday, November 21 at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Simpson Family Cemetery following the funeral.
