Hannah Louise Hayden Goldsmith, 90, of Cecilia, died on Monday, May 29th, 2023. She was born in Cecilia on October 26, 1932, to the late Jacob and Mary Jenkins Hayden. Her love and faith in Jesus guided her daily as a devoted wife and mother raising four children on the family farm while pursuing her passion as a piano teacher. She spent many years sharing her love and gift of music with her piano students and with churches as their pianist. She is survived by her husband of seventy years, James E Goldsmith Sr., one son, James E Goldsmith Jr. (Sharon); and three daughters, Tina Shearon (Mark), Edwina Smith (Chuck), and Tracie Oliver (Eric); and a brother Kenneth Hayden; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her funeral is scheduled for Friday, June 2nd @ 2:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home with visitation from noon till 2:00 pm. Pastor Eric Oliver and Mike Williams will be officiating the service.
