Janet Hall Vick, 73 of Elizabethtown, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Baptist Health Hardin. She was born and raised in Alexandria, KY. She went to the University of Kentucky and then moved back to Northern Kentucky where she married Josiah Vick. They moved to Florida, where she became the owner and operator of a motel and furniture store for over 30 years. She was a people person and never met a stranger. She loved making new friends and keeping up with high school and college friends. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church. She loved the church and its members became part of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Evelyn Hall. She is survived by her sister, Dr. Vivian Bland (James Scott) of Elizabethtown. The funeral is Friday at 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Hardin Memorial Park.
