Harold Ray Drake, 72 of Elizabethtown, died Monday, April 11, 2022 at Kensington Center. He was a native of Lebanon Junction and was a machinist for Landtech and Vermont America. He liked to work on cars, loved boating, fishing and water skiing. He loved watching his grandkids play and loved sitting and talking for hours to his granddaughter Melissa and picking on her. He loved big red and had a bad attitude but a big heart with the kids and his favorite dog, Snowflake. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lora Lynn; his parents, Presley and Jessie Mae Drake; a brother, Clay Drake and a nephew, Chad Drake. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Logsdon Drake; daughters, Kathy (Todd) Nunnally and Teresa (Tim) Thomas; son, Lee (Chrissy) Mansfield; grandchildren, Melissa (Taylor) Thomas, Jennifer (Beau) Thomas, Ashley Mansfield, Thomas Mansfield and Chris (Ellie) Clan; great grandchildren, Izzy McNeill, Brent Salyers, T.J. Salyers and Steven Clan; two brothers, Tommy Drake and Wayne Drake; one sister, Carol Robinette; one niece, Amy Drake and one nephew, Joey Drake and a sister-in-law, Jean Drake. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. James David Meredith officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
