JoAnn Carr Fries, 75 of Glendale, died Monday, March 21, 2022 at Baptist Health Hardin. She was a native of Falmouth and a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She was a nursery school teacher and like crafts and reading. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, John A. Carr, Sr. and Frances Browning Carr and a brother, John Carr. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Roger Fries, Sr.; two children, Roger Fries, Jr. (Kathy) and Amy Fries all of Glendale; one sister, Patricia Carson (Charles) of White Mills; two grandchildren, Paige Pfeffer and Andrew John Fries; special cousin, Sheryl Overman of Elizabethtown and two nephews, Brian T. Carson of White Mills and Keith A. Carson of Crescent Springs. The funeral will be Friday March 25, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church with Rev. Ben Brown officiating.
