Erin Nicole Goodman, 38 of Lexington, died Friday, October 22, 2021 at her home. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany and worked at the University of Kentucky Hospital in housekeeping. She loved her cats and dogs, swimming, the ocean and her family. She had an interest in music, horoscopes and loved learning family history. Erin loved to laugh. Erin was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martin Clark, Kathleen Clark, Henry "Duke" Goodman and Doris Barnes and aunts, Glemah Smothers, Sherry Akers and Tina Gregory. Survivors include her parents, Ricky Goodman of Elizabethtown and Brenda (Pete) Papafotis of Texas; one brother, Jason Lee Goodman of Glendale; one sister, Darcy Kaye (Jorge) Loya of Texas; nieces and nephews, Andrew Goodman, Nolan Goodman, Marleigh Goodman and Sydney Kianes; aunts, Sharon Clark, Ramona Grimes, Janet Sperry, Teresa Clark and Joyce Cowherd; uncle, Steve Goodman and several cousins and extended family. The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Glendale Christian Church with Bro. Mike Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Glendale Christian Church Cemetery.
