Carmen Michelle Miller, 42, of Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021, at her residence. She was born March 1, 1979, in Elizabethtown, was a 1996 graduate of Central Hardin High School and an honor graduate of the University of Louisville. She was Junior Miss Hardin County in 1996, a Governor's Scholar and an Ambassador for the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. Carmen was preceded in death by her grandparents Lee and Bertha Sallee Miller, Bernice and Harold Walters and Layton Flanders. She is survived by her parents, Barbara and Mickey Miller of Elizabethtown; sister, Jennifer Upton (Paul) and nephews, Craig and Mason Upton, all of Lexington, KY. Visitation is Tuesday, August 31, 3 to 8 p.m. EDT at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. The family requests that face masks be worn.
