Joyce Ann Fulkerson, 64 of Elizabethtown, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021. She was a member of Elizabethtown Church of Christ, the Republican party and was a Kentucky Colonel. She is survived by her mother, Martha Nadine Fulkerson of Elizabethtown; a brother, Jimmy Fulkerson of California; a sister, Barbara Sue Hornback of Leitchfield; one daughter, Jennifer Patton of Nashville, TN and a grandson. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. John Board officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
