Robert Tilton Loving, 78 of Glendale, died Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin. He was a native of Hardin County and a member of Glendale Christian Church. He retired in 2008 as the Production Manager at The News Enterprise. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Following his retirement, he spent most of his time following his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Francis Loving and Laylor Olean Winters Loving; a brother, Richard Dale Loving and a sister, Mary Frances Strunk. Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Evelyn Huggins Loving; three children, Stacy Loving Bowling (Paul) of Bardstown, Pamela Loving Hargan (Scott) of Indiana and Jeff Loving of Elizabethtown; one brother, Ronald E. Loving of Elizabethtown; one sister, Janet Foist of Elizabethtown; six grandchildren, Cody Stivers, Samantha Kremser, Chelsea Meals, Nick Leasor, Emily Robison and Thomas Bowling and great grandchildren, Vincent, Mia, Jaxon and Brady and Heidi due in December. The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Glendale Christian Church with Bro. Mike Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Glendale Christian Cemetery.
