Evelyn Adams Ramsey, 102 of Elizabethtown, died Friday, June 18, 2021 at The Villages at Hamilton Pointe in Newburgh, IN. She was a native of Hardin County and a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church. She retired from the Hardin County School System where she was a Librarian and Media Specialist. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Ramsey; her parents, Sellie E. and Lula Adams; one brother, Brooks Adams and a sister, Margaret Adams Garlow. Survivors include two children, Charles (Linda) Ramsey of Elizabethtown and Dr. Linda Ramsey of Evansville, IN; two grandchildren, Sean Mark Ramsey and Erin Nicole Williams; three great grandchildren, Kameron Williams, Brandon Williams and Anthony Jones; two great great grandchildren, Kenadee Williams and Islah Evelyn Williams and two nieces whom she helped raise, Adrianne Berry of Louisville and Jackie Hernandez of Frankfort.
