Ida Mae Burnett, age 99, passed from this life into a better one on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. She was born to Wilford and Hallie Martin on December 12, 1921 in Hardin County, KY. Ida was a member of the Cecilia Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Gates Rubber Company after 19 years. Ida was preceded in death by Earl, her husband of 72 1/2 years; her parents and six siblings, Mary, Elvera, Nedra, Lillian, Yvonne, and only brother, W.H. Jr. She is survived by one sister, Joyce Rivera and many nieces and nephews. We wish to thank everyone at Tender Touch Senior Living, the Intrepid Healthcare nurses and Hosparus-Hardin County for her care, also two special friends, Betty Raymer and Becky Parrish.
