Darin Wade Belisle, 54, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020, at his home in Vine Grove. He was born May 15, 1966 in Madison, WI. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son-in-law and friend. Darin was an assistant manager at Sonic Drive-in in Elizabethtown. He loved to cook, especially for others. For many years, he would cook his annual Thanksgiving dinner, for his neighbors and those who had nowhere to go. He had a big heart and loved to joke around and make people laugh and play the game LRC with family. He especially loved his newest venture as a creator on YouTube for Wades Dreamz. He and his wife, Heather, would make videos almost weekly showing people how to save money and make money. Their banter back and forth made for fun and interesting videos. They complimented each other well. He is survived by his loving wife, Heather Disney Belisle; three daughters, Ashley Belisle, Jessica Belisle, and Nicole Belisle, all from Terre Haute, IN; one son, Stacey K. Janssen, Jr. of Radcliff; one brother, Edward Peterson of Stoughton, WI; and seven grandchildren, Andrew Cundiff, Chloe Kutch, Sierra Kirk, Paisley Campbell, Thomas Campbell, Jr., Nathaniel Tate Janssen and Nova Danielle Janssen. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated Sunday, May 31, at Radiant Church, 636 Broadway, Brandenburg, KY 40108 at 3 p.m. with Pastor Jeff and Diana Hockert officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
