Steve Dale Royalty, 65 of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. He was a native of Cecilia, and was a truck driver and an electrician. He loved his kids, grandkids, and John Deere tractors, and he liked to fish. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Fern Royalty; three brothers, Elvie Clinton Royalty, James Royalty and Junior Royalty and a granddaughter, Gracie Ann Royalty. He is survived by four children, Angela Hicks (Anthony), Jason Royalty, Randall Royalty (Danielle), and David Royalty (Heather); step daughter, Laura Turner (Chris); one sister, Wanda Duncan (Gene); mother of his children, Sharon Nichols; special friend, Joann Graham; and seven grandchildren, Allison, Bailey, Presley, Paislee, Adelaide, Maddie, and Shelby. The funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Duvall officiating. Burial will follow in Fairfield Cemetery in Eastview.
