Frances Loretta Durbin, 88, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville, KY. She was born in Sunfish, KY, to Bethel and Josephine Simon. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Paul Allen Durbin; a son, Steven Alan Durbin; and a great grandson, Chaz Durbin. She is survived by 4 children, Patricia (Nelson) Burnett of Elizabethtown, Mary Diane (James) Ishmael of Bardstown, Karen Durbin and Kevin Durbin both of Elizabethtown. She was the grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 10 and great great grandmother of 1. Frances was a faithful member of St. John Catholic Church. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Lincoln officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Sunday and continues after 9 a.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hosparus.
