Josephine Havanna "Jo" Parvin, 95 of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Tender Touch Assisted Living. She was a native of Bentonville, AR and a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was a volunteer at the Jones Family Center in Springdale, AR and the American Red Cross in Elizabethtown. She was one of the first residents of Tender Touch Assisted Living, where she lived at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Parvin and her parents, John and Rose Creech Land and three brothers, Howard, Royce and Johnny. She is survived by her son, Gary (Marilyn) Parvin of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. A Memorial service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Roger McCurry officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
