Anna Devore Morris, 93, of Elizabethtown, died Monday, October 22, 2018. She was a member of Cecilia Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School, and was a former member of Bacon Creek Homemakers. She was a quilter, artist, and seamstress, and she loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Lee Morris; parents, Harvey and Grace Buckner Devore; brother, Kenneth Devore; and sister, Virginia Caswell. She is survived by her son, Ronnie (Joyce) Morris of Elizabethtown; daughter, Teresa (Tod) Walters of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, Allen Morris; Amy (Todd) Sills, Kyle (Megan) Walters, and Kelsey Walters; and seven great grandchildren, Will, Landon, Julia, Luke, Kaden, Maddux, and Waylon. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Arnold Moon and Rev. Troy Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
