Mathias Wade Skarren, 71, of Elizabethtown, passed away Saturday, August, 11, 2018. He was born January 28, 1947 in New Bern, North Carolina. He retired from ADI Global Distribution in Louisville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents,, Mamie and Pat Skarren of New Bern, NC; his brother-in-law, John W. Galbraith; and his nephew, John W. Lukemire. He is survived by his sisters, Nancy Skarren Galbraith of Elizabethtown, KY and Belva Skarren Partin of Pine Knoll Shores, NC; his two nieces, Lisa L. Miller (Jerry) of Elizabethtown, KY and Nancy E. Corbett (Dan) of Trenton, OH. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, as well as great great nieces and nephews.
