Farah Lea Buesing, 75 of Elizabethtown, KY., passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at her home. Farah was born on October 15, 1942 in Omaha, NE., daughter of Lawrence Everett and Beulah LaVern (Snively) Geer. She earned her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and English in 1963 and her Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Reading in 1985 from Kearney State College in Kearney, NE. She taught for 39 years before retiring in 2011. Farah was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Norm on February 10, 2009 and her son, Alan on September 10, 1987. Surviving relatives include two daughters, Annette R. Boccio and her husband Henry of Plano, TX, and Amy M. Kinder and her husband Jeff of Elizabethtown, KY; and four granddaughters, Nicole DeVout and her husband Jason of Greeley, CO, Jacqueline Lane of Austin TX, Katelin Scaggs and her husband Vaughn and Kassidy Kinder, all of Elizabethtown, KY.
