George Francis McCourt, Jr., 67 of Elizabethtown, died Friday, March 16, 2018 at his home. He was a native of New York City, NY, studied Art at New York City Community College and was a press operator at NSU Corporation. He was a member of the NRA and liked to fish. He was preceded in death by his father and step mother, George Francis McCourt, Sr. and Margaret Peg McCourt. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Clara Phillips McCourt and a sister, Margaret Lowe of New York. Visitation will be from Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. with a brief service starting at 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hosparus or American Cancer Society. The family requests for no one to send flowers.
