Charles W. Crawford, 91, of Elizabethtown, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at Helmwood Healthcare. He was a native of Grayson County, served in the United States Army, and retired after 38 years from ICG Railroad. He was a member of First Christian Church and American Legion, and enjoyed fishing and golfing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Marie Crawford; brother, Aubrey Crawford; sister, Mildred Marie Crawford; and two grandchildren. He is survived by one son, Kenneth (Donna) Crawford of Cox Creek; three daughters, Gloria Bryan of Louisville, Brenda (Jerry) Bland of Elizabethtown, and Cathy (Gene) Klinglesmith of Bradenton, Florida; one brother, H.T. Crawford of Leitchfield; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. The funeral is Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Brother Chris Kiger officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and continues after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
