Marlene Louise Browning

Marlene Louise Browning, 66, of Hodgenville, died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Hardin County, and was a medical transcriptionist for Hardin Memorial Hospital for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur Pence and Lena Bell Haycraft Pence. She is survived by her husband, RC Browning; two sons, Chris (Tasha) Hack of Owensboro and Lee (Tanya) Hack of Elizabethtown; two step daughters, Misty Browning of Anchorage, Alaska and Nicole Browning of Wichita, Kansas; three brothers, Rex Howard of Bowling Green, Robert Pence of Grayson County, and Junior Pence of White Mills; and five grandchildren, Emily Shaker, Alexander Hack, Dylan Hack, Abby Hack and Emmit Hack. The funeral is Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Summit Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
