Joey Jerome Bumgardner, 47 of Elizabethtown, died Monday, January 29, 2018 at his home. He was a native of Hardin County, a 1989 graduate of East Hardin and worked for RCS. He is survived by his parents: his father, Harvey (Johnnie) Bumgardner of Elizabethtown and his mother, Sue Bradshaw of Hermitage, TN; one brother, Carroll (Gabrielle) Jones of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Samona Bumgardner (Antonia Cox) of Old Hickory, TN and Earicka (Greg) Cooper of Elizabethtown; one uncle, Jewell (Frankie) Bumgardner; two aunts, Diana (Ricardo) Moore and Fiona Connor and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Memorial Service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Curle and Rev. Roderick Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
