William Thomas "Bill" Brickhouse, 78 of Elizabethtown, died Monday, October 16, 2017 at Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville. He was a native of Columbia, NC and served in the U.S. Army. He formerly worked at Roy Cole Mobile Homes and Gates Rubber Company, and retired from Liquid/Trimac Trucking Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mary Phelps Brickhouse. He is survived by three children, Kathy (Steve) Porter of Fountain Inn, SC, Tammy (Jody) Neal of Elizabethtown, and Donovan (Candace) Brickhouse of Leitchfield; four grandchildren, Robbie Perry, Travis Harkins, Tyler Brickhouse, and Hadley Brickhouse; and six great grandchildren. There will be a graveside service Friday at 11 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and continue from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home.
