Brenda B. Rich, 75 of Elizabethtown, died Friday, October 21, 2016 at Helmwood Healthcare Center. She was a native of Scott County, Ky, a graduate of Scott County High School Class of 1959, a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church where she was a choir member and was a member of Elizabethtown Women's Cub, She was an avid UK fan. She was preceded in death by her parents; Gayle and Luanne Bennett, 1 brother; Melvin Bennett, and 1 grandchild; Chelsea Stillwell. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Roy Rich, one son; Shawn (Karen) Rich of Elizabethtown, one daughter; Gina (Bryan) Stillwell of Indianapolis, Ind., 1 brother; James (Charlotte) Bennett of Lexington, 2 sisters; Mary Ann Bennett and Betty Sue Horrock, both of Lexington, 4 grandchildren; Sydney Stillwell, Madeline, Abby, and Camden Rich. The funeral will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at Severns Valley Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Langley and Dr. Billy Comptom officiating with burial following at Hardin Memorial Park. Visitation is 3:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.Burial will follow at Hardin Memorial Park.
