Joyce Ann (Caswell) Bisno, passed away on Monday, Sep. 26, 2016 in Chesapeake, VA after a short illness. She is survived by her husband Chet Bisno, her daughter and son-in-law Ana and Brian Stratton, and her two grandchildren Nicholas and Samantha. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jewell Caswell, and brother William Caswell. Joyce was a graduate of duPont Manual High School and Western Kentucky University. She loved socializing and reading, and delighted in spending time with her grandchildren. She had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with the service being held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 College St, Elizabethtown KY. Burial will follow in the Eastview Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
