Samantha Ashley Huddleston, 21 of Elizabethtown passed away at Jewish Hospital on August 31, 2016. She was a native of Nelson County. She is survived by her parents; Nick and Tara Huddleston of Elizabethtown, a daughter; Izabella Raye of Elizabethtown, 3 sisters; Nicole, Morgan, and Allison Huddleston of Elizabethtown, grandparents; Karen and Barry Huddleston of Ekron and Maureen Schirmer of Missoula, Montana.
