David Paul Cundiff, 86 of Eastview, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Jewish Hospital. He was a native of Hardin County and retired in 1983 from Phillip Morris, where he worked for over 33 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Donna Mae Helms Cundiff; one son, Dewey Cundiff and a daughter, Donna Ree Young. He is survived by a sister, Mary (Howard) Goodman of Eastview; a brother, Louis Wayne Cundiff of Louisville; his longtime friend and caregiver, Violet Vincent and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor James Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Chapel Cemetery in Eastview.
