Maggie Sue Craddock, 84 of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Hardin Memorial Hosptial. She was a native of Grayson County and the wife of a Methodist Minister, she had belonged to several different Methodist churches. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and never met a stranger and loved everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Stella Etherton and two sisters, Anne Mae Skaggs and Maary Riggs. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Rev. Harvey Craddock; two sons, Harvey Craddock Jr. of Elizabethtown and Danny Craddock of Louisville; three daughters, Belinda Craddock and Linda Winters both of Elizabethtown and Sharon Mays (Harry) of Frankfort; one brother, Bill Etherton of Big Clifty; one sister, Geneva Floyd (Tallas) of Clarkson and seven grandchildren, Jessica Gray (John), Lindsey Craddock and Jeffrey Craddock all of Elizabethtown, Bruce Craddock and Timmy Craddock both of New Albany,IN, Tammy Paul of Frankfort and Tracey Carrier of Lexington; four great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. EDT at Cub Run Methodist Church with Rev. Bruce Lee and Rev. Neil Janes officiating. Burial will follow in Cub Run Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home and continue from 11 to 1 p.m. Friday at Cub Run Methodist Church. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.
